can I expect when working with Groovin’?
First and foremost, our goal is simply to exceed your
expectations. Our event coordinators will help you put
together your event in a timely manner while making
sure the event is uniquely yours. At your event, you
can also expect beautifully presented delicious menu
items and experienced service staff. We are here to
make your event a success.
I’m
having my event outside of Richmond – can you
still cater for me?
Yes! Since we are exclusively an off-premise caterer
we are able to travel.
How
many people can you accommodate?
We can do everything from intimate dinner parties for
2 all the way up to events that involve thousands of
guests.
Do
you have a venue?
We are strictly an off-premise caterer, so we do not
have a venue. However, we have worked in many of the
premier venues in the
area and can recommend one to you if you wish.
Do
you do more than just food?
Yes! We can help you with food, beverages, staffing,
rentals, and anything you may need to make your event
a success.
What
if I am on a budget?
Our Event Coordinators have extensive experience in
putting together parties on budgets – they will
work with you to help keep your event within the parameters
you have set.
Can
you do vegetarian or vegan menus?
Yes! Our Event Coordinators and Chef are fully capable
of putting together delicious vegan and vegetarian meals.
What
if I want something that I don’t see on your menu?
Just ask! We can easily create a custom menu for your
event.

an idea of what you think you may be interested in,
then give us a call! Our Event Coordinators are here
Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm, and they will be more than
happy to help you. They will get some detailed information
from you and put together a comprehensive proposal for
your event.
