I just wanted someone to know how enjoyable it was to talk to Melissa in putting together a catering order for one of my doctors offices in Colonial Heights, Va. I'm in medical sales and I needed to have something delivered to a doctor's office for a lunch teleconference. Melissa was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to in assisting me with this. She went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer and it is very well appreciated.

I do about 80% of my business over the phone, so I have talked to a lot of people. It is truly refreshing to hear nice people like Melissa and even Jessica, who was also very nice. I told Melissa that it must be a requirement there to be wonderful like you guys are.
